The main considerations for any successful warranty claim are as follows The bike is within the stipulated warranty period All bike servicing as required by Ducati have been done Any updates / recalls have been actioned and signed off You have the required bike documentation with your claim You can leave the rest to us as we rectify the situation with the utmost speed.
Please Note: There is NO factory warranty on any non NZ new Ducati. Warranty claims only apply to NZ new bikes irrespective of what the importer may have said. We are still happy to service them for you to full Ducati standards, it just might cost you a little more dependant on model and mileage.
